F-CORE is the ideal choice to take your setup to a new level and experience the benefits of superior hardware. Despite its entry-level nature, the steering wheel boasts a unique design and provide you a flexible platform to explore top performances. The F-CORE won’t give up on superior reliability and features a 2000mAh LiPo rechargeable battery, with a duration of up to 40 hours, suitable for long driving sessions without sacrificing comfort.

F-CORE allows you to easily calibrate the shifter paddles, adjust the bite-point of the clutches and customize the light of the buttons through its proprietary software. You can find it in the DOWNLOAD section.

F-CORE will pair instantly to your PC as any other Bluetooth device, bypassing the wheelbase. Input lag is close to zero. However, we recommend using a good Bluetooth Receiver adapter on your computer.

All the products, as per the European law, are guaranteed for 2 years. The Warranty is reduced to 1 year for products purchased for internal usage by B2B customers (e.g. simulation venues using our products on their own sim rigs). Within the relevant warranty period, B2C customers in case of issues can report any technical problem to Cube Controls via the Customer Service email hello@cubecontrols.com.

1. Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer free shipping for orders over $200 to all customers within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of this region, as our service area is limited to the continental U.S.

2. Order Processing Times

Our standard order processing time is up to 7 business days. This time frame includes order confirmation, preparation, and packaging. Please note that certain items may require additional processing time depending on their availability and demand.

3. Signature Requirement for Deliveries

All shipments are sent with a “Signature Required” option. This ensures that your order is securely delivered to the appropriate recipient. If you cannot be available to sign for the delivery, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a re-delivery or hold for pickup at a designated access point.

4. Shipping for Large or Oversized Items

Orders that include large items, such as Sim Racing Chassis, Racing Seats, and Monitor Stands, may be shipped separately due to their size and weight. Different parts of your order may arrive on separate days as these items are processed through specialized logistics services.

5. Address Modifications

To maintain efficient and timely delivery, we are unable to modify delivery addresses once the package is out for shipping. Please double-check your shipping information during the checkout process to ensure accuracy.
