If you’re after maximum flexibility in where to place your monitors separately from your cockpit, or if you’re using large and heavy displays, the freestanding monitor mount is the solution for you. Our freestanding monitor mount is made from sturdy profiles and has a very rigid structure to prevent the sagging of monitors and ensure solid mounting. Sim Lab’s patented Vario-Vesa™ system is now included as standard with this mount and makes positioning and aligning your monitors a breeze. Adjustment screws allow for a precise calibration of tilt, angle, and position. Screens that seamlessly blend into a unified, distortion-free panoramic view, will perfectly replicate the driver’s perspective from a cockpit.
Sim-Lab B.V. guarantees that the purchased goods were free of material and manufacturing flaws at the time of the transfer of the goods and that they have the guaranteed quality set down in the contract. Aluminum profiles are of industrial quality, so minor scratches and bruise marks can exist.
Upon receipt, the customer must inspect the goods immediately for flaws, condition, and quality. In the case of apparent flaws, these must be reported to Sim-Lab in writing within 10 days after delivery of the products, the same is valid for latent defects. Otherwise, the guarantee for these defects does not apply.
Customer is responsible for the way they use the purchased goods. Every damage caused by improper use or against its purpose will not take Sim-Lab B.V. responsible.
The guarantee is for 24 months after shipment.
As an exception, seats are covered with the guarantee of 12 months.
1. Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 to all customers within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of this region, as our service area is limited to the continental U.S.
2. Order Processing Times
Our standard order processing time is up to 7 business days. This time frame includes order confirmation, preparation, and packaging. Please note that certain items may require additional processing time depending on their availability and demand.
3. Signature Requirement for Deliveries
All shipments are sent with a “Signature Required” option. This ensures that your order is securely delivered to the appropriate recipient. If you cannot be available to sign for the delivery, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a re-delivery or hold for pickup at a designated access point.
4. Shipping for Large or Oversized Items
Orders that include large items, such as Sim Racing Chassis, Racing Seats, and Monitor Stands, may be shipped separately due to their size and weight. Different parts of your order may arrive on separate days as these items are processed through specialized logistics services.
5. Address Modifications
To maintain efficient and timely delivery, we are unable to modify delivery addresses once the package is out for shipping. Please double-check your shipping information during the checkout process to ensure accuracy.
