SmartControl
With Heusinkveld’s SmartControl software, users can configure and map pedal output curves, adjust deadzones, and set profiles tailored to different cars and driving styles. This software also supports on-the-fly adjustments with SmartControl Live, allowing changes without leaving the simulator software. Save and load profiles easily, optimizing the clutch pedal for various racing scenarios.

- Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint are a perfect choice for both casual simracers as well as professional eSports drivers. A strong, compact and highly adjustable design with custom electronics and powerful SmartControl software. Fully adjustable pedal geometry and force (120kg load cell with up to 65kg of actual force at the brake pedal plate), limitless configuration options in the software.

Years of experience and all new testing methods have been used during the development of this innovative top-of-the line simulator product: the Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint.
- The Sim Pedals Sprint are a strong, compact and highly adjustable design with the main parts made out of CNC precision laser cut steel, intended for your home-use simulator. Mathematical models were made to accurately calculate pedal travel and force curves, predicting with great accuracy how each pedal behaves in different configurations.
- The pedals include all new concepts for bearings and pivot points in order to minimize unnecessary play. Automated testing routines have been used to simulate up to 1 million duty cycles.
- Durable load cells measure throttle and clutch position and force applied to the brake. Unlike designs with rotary potentiometers, load cells provide true linear output in relation to your pedal output. They are insensitive to dust and dirt and do not wear out, resulting in unmatched accuracy and durability over time.
- Custom developed and EMC tested electronics make sure each pedal responds instantly and accurately in your favorite simulator software. The included SmartControl software allows easy configuration of deadzones, brake force and customize (non-linear) pedal output curves.
- All metal profiles have a RAL9005 Black fine-structure powder coat or a bead blasted semi-gloss metallic look. Red styling cues can be seen on the metal coil springs.
Heusinkveld Clutch Sprint
Clutch : The clutch features a regressive spring mechanism to simulate a typical concave clutch curve. Furthermore, the clutch features three pedal force curve settings, adjustable spring preload, pedal angle and pedal height.

SmartControl
The Clutch Sprint come with a powerful configuration tool allowing you to set up your pedals in ways not previously possible: SmartControl. Working together with all-new electronics, SmartControl allows for instant mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones and brake pedal force.
These adjustments can be made without having to recalibrate the pedals (including iRacing). All settings can be saved into profiles, which can be loaded again in a few mouse clicks.
Brand-new Heusinkveld SmartControl Live is an innovative software tool to adjust your controller settings to your own preferences while driving. Activate SmartControl profiles for different cars and classes at the touch of a button, without having to leave the simulator software.
If you have other Heusinkveld products which use SmartControl, it is possible to create a single profile which includes multiple devices. This allows you to change handbrake and pedal settings quickly in just a few mouse clicks.

Heusinkveld gives a 24-month warranty starting from the date of delivery. Repairs and/or replacement deliveries do not create an extension of the warranty period. The warranty means that defects will be remedied free of charge within a reasonable period of time, either by repairing or replacing the products and/or parts in question. The products and/or parts replaced become the property of Heusinkveld. The warranty does not include any further right to compensation from Heusinkveld. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- incorrect setup and/or installation;
- non-compliance with the (safety) regulations stated in the manual;
- inappropriate use;
- inappropriate operation;
- external influences, such as transport damage and impact damage;
- repairs and modifications not carried out by Heusinkveld;
- use of non-original parts. Heusinkveld does not warrant that the products are suitable for the purpose for which the Buyer wishes to use them. Under no circumstances are the products suitable for use other than in a simulator.
The products are not suitable for use on (public) roads, on a test track, or as (part of) an electric vehicle.
1. Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 to all customers within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of this region, as our service area is limited to the continental U.S.
2. Order Processing Times
Our standard order processing time is up to 7 business days. This time frame includes order confirmation, preparation, and packaging. Please note that certain items may require additional processing time depending on their availability and demand.
3. Signature Requirement for Deliveries
All shipments are sent with a “Signature Required” option. This ensures that your order is securely delivered to the appropriate recipient. If you cannot be available to sign for the delivery, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a re-delivery or hold for pickup at a designated access point.
4. Shipping for Large or Oversized Items
Orders that include large items, such as Sim Racing Chassis, Racing Seats, and Monitor Stands, may be shipped separately due to their size and weight. Different parts of your order may arrive on separate days as these items are processed through specialized logistics services.
5. Address Modifications
To maintain efficient and timely delivery, we are unable to modify delivery addresses once the package is out for shipping. Please double-check your shipping information during the checkout process to ensure accuracy.
