Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and digital downloads are not eligible for return.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Refunds/Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange.Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.In case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.Please allow a reasonable processing time for refunds to reflect in your account.

3. Signature Requirement for Deliveries
All shipments are sent with a “Signature Required” option. This ensures that your order is securely delivered to the appropriate recipient. If you cannot be available to sign for the delivery, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a re-delivery or hold for pickup at a designated access point.
4. Shipping for Large or Oversized Items
Orders that include large items, such as Sim Racing Chassis, Racing Seats, and Monitor Stands, may be shipped separately due to their size and weight. Different parts of your order may arrive on separate days as these items are processed through specialized logistics services.
5. Address Modifications
To maintain efficient and timely delivery, we are unable to modify delivery addresses once the package is out for shipping. Please double-check your shipping information during the checkout process to ensure accuracy.
