Hardware warranty
Your VRS® Racing hardware is covered for 3 years from your purchase date.
This warranty ensures your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Covered products include all VRS® Racing hardware.
This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or use with non-VRS® parts. It also excludes normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and issues from not following product instructions.
1. Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer free shipping for orders over $200 to all customers within the United States. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside of this region, as our service area is limited to the continental U.S.
2. Order Processing Times
Our standard order processing time is up to 7 business days. This time frame includes order confirmation, preparation, and packaging. Please note that certain items may require additional processing time depending on their availability and demand.
3. Signature Requirement for Deliveries
All shipments are sent with a “Signature Required” option. This ensures that your order is securely delivered to the appropriate recipient. If you cannot be available to sign for the delivery, please contact the carrier directly to arrange a re-delivery or hold for pickup at a designated access point.
4. Shipping for Large or Oversized Items
Orders that include large items, such as Sim Racing Chassis, Racing Seats, and Monitor Stands, may be shipped separately due to their size and weight. Different parts of your order may arrive on separate days as these items are processed through specialized logistics services.
5. Address Modifications
To maintain efficient and timely delivery, we are unable to modify delivery addresses once the package is out for shipping. Please double-check your shipping information during the checkout process to ensure accuracy.
