Our return policy allows customers to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product, with the exception of electronic items, which have a 14-day return window. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
2. Eligibility and Restocking Fee
Returned items must be in resellable condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to any open-box items. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend choosing a reputable carrier and insuring the shipment, as Maxwell is not liable for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or receive incorrect items. Provide photographic evidence of the damage to help us evaluate the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
5. Non-Returnable and Custom Items
Certain items, such as custom orders or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Gift cards and digital products also cannot be refunded. If you have questions about the eligibility of your item, please contact us for further clarification.
6. Refund Processing
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original condition in which it was received—unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@maxwell.expert. If your return request is approved, you’ll need to arrange shipment through a carrier of your choice, prepare the item for shipping, and hand it over to the carrier. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Please note, any items returned without following the official return procedure will incur a 15% restocking fee.
